As an expert in the Beauty, Grooming and Wellness sector, Shabana has operated at the leading edge of the Beauty and Grooming industry with 20 years of experience as a senior executive in the UAE. She consistently executes a strong strategic vision all adapted to experientially rich business settings.

As the CEO of House of Enspa Shabana was the pioneer in the fledgling beauty and grooming industry in the UAE by keeping training as the core of the business and growing her company through providing deeply experiential experiences and fulfilling customer needs centered on client journeys. Prior to that, she was an educator and trained multitudes of Emirati women at the HCT, which is a leading institution of Higher Education in the UAE. She is also trained in Fashion Design at the prestigious London College of Fashions and has a Masters in Education from Edinburgh University.

Currently, Shabana is Chairman of House of Enspa which is Dubai based and a parent company housing a chain of high end salons - Hair by Marquee and TNS a chain of day spas along with a beauty distribution company Espai all providing exceptional client experience, excellence in leadership; sales productivity growth, and digital innovation.

Shabana is very interested in the growth, development and empowerment of women particularly in the third world. A lifelong learner she is currently embarking on a post graduate diploma in Digital Business Strategies from MIT and Columbia.

She has three children and a grandson who all live in Dubai.
