Scott is the Retail and Consumer Products Industry Lead for IBM Middle East and Africa. He is passionate about helping clients to leverage new digital and cognitive capabilities in order to effectively respond to emerging opportunities and challenges from the rapidly transforming retail sector. Scott spent 5 years with Al Tayer Retail where he deployed new store concepts and digital innovations to support elevated consumer experiences. Scott is a former Deloitte and Accenture management consultant and has won the prestigious ‘Consultant of the Year’ title, awarded by the UK’s Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Consulting.
