Noha is Co-founder of Lit-Creative, a marketing communications & social impact consulting agency and Co-Founder of “She is Arab”, the first dedicated speaker’s platform for Arab Women in the world.
Noha is a global professional and senior executive with more than 19 years in the fields of communications, strategic partnerships, advocacy and social impact. She is recognized as a thought leader and an advocate of women, youth empowerment and social entrepreneurship in the MENA region.
Noha was nominated for the 2018 Emirates Woman, Women of the Year Award in the Humanitarian category. She is also recipient of the GCC Women’s Leadership Award from CMO Asia and the World Women Leadership Congress 2019. She held two board positions in the last 2 years in addition to her role as mentor.
Recently, she was a Senior Consultant heading strategic partnerships and communications for the GCC at UN Women. She was also Regional Director of Communications and Social Responsibility at PepsiCo and then at McKinsey & Company covering geographies including Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. Before joining the corporate world, she spent 6 years of her life at the UN Refugee Agency working in various countries in the field of International Protection of Refugees where she was the only Arab woman in an East Sudan and South Algeria refugee camp operations facilitating the voluntary return of refugees to their home countries and reuniting families separated by years of conflict. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a specialization in International Relations from the American University in Cairo (AUC).
